We have lived in the area for many years

and know the area well and will endeavor

to answer any questions you may have.

You will also find local information and

maps in the house.

We ask for a £50 reservation fee for any booking 6 weeks or more before the date of your holiday with the final payment one month before the date your holiday commences.

Payment is by cheque and we also request an additional cheque of £50 as a retainer against damages and any exceptional additional cleaning needed.This cheque will not be cashed and will be returned to you at the end of your holiday should there be no problems.

Whilst we have a cleaner who will prepare and clean Roslyn house for you we would request that you leave the property as you would wish to find it.
